One criterion for selection is P/E . Let's take 15 as the maximum allowed .

For ROA list we should take care of : 

SAP , Tenaris , Corio , Unilever , Philips , C&C , Reed , Wereldhave , Luxottica , Saipem ,  LVMH . By beginning of July we'll need to check again if they are all above 15 or not
